Although his height might sound unique and even interesting to a lot of people, Koehler himself had to struggle with various inconveniences. He had to put two double beds together in a hotel room and he couldn’t even enter a room that had a low ceiling. He had a 29-inch difference from his twin sister.

Similar to Sultan, Brahim suffers from the medical condition, acromegaly which has also made finding shoes a difficult task for him. His doctor had to make a pair especially for him.  

4. Morteza Mehrzad

Next in line is Morteza Mehrzad who is a Paralympian playing for Iran’s men’s national sitting volleyball team. Securing the place of the tallest man in Iran, he also secures the position of the tallest Paralympian.

Having a height of 7 feet and 11 ¼ inches Zhang Juncai is from the Shanxi province of China and till 2004, he was considered to be among the tallest person in China.
